What We Do
Every flood and water damage scenario is different, and each one requires a unique solution tailored for your specific situation. The overall water restoration process does usually remain the same. The steps below detail our restoration process for the typical water-damage situation.
- Emergency Contact
- Inspection and Damage Assessment
- Water Removal or Extraction
- Drying & Dehumidification
- Cleaning and Repair
- Restoration
Step 1: Emergency Contact
Our process begins with your call or email. Our experts will begin with questions regarding the damage that will help us respond properly, with the appropriate equipment and resources.
Step 2: Inspection and Damage Assessment
We determine the extent of the water damage at this stage. We inspect and test to determine the extent of damage and how far the moisture has traveled to ensure a complete restoration.
Step 3 - Water Removal & Extraction
The water removal process begins immediately and removes the majority of the water. We use powerful pumps or vacuum units to quickly remove standing water from your property, in order to prevent further water damage and mold growth.
Step 4 - Drying and Dehumidification
Topline Restoration’s specialized equipment will remove the remaining water that is harder to access. Our team will use room measurements, temperature, and relative humidity to determine the proper number of air movers and dehumidifiers needed to complete the drying process
Step 5: Cleaning and Sanitizing
We clean all of the restorable items and elements damaged by the water, using a number of techniques designed to be quick and through. Our team then provides sanitizing treatments to inhibit mold growth and deodorize your property.
Step 6: Restoration
Restoration is the process of getting your home to its pre-water damage condition. Restoration may involve minor repairs, such as replacing drywall and installing new carpet, or may entail major repairs, such as the reconstruction of various areas or even complete rooms.
